Who processes your purchase

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are assessed under Paddle's Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you. Nothing in this policy limits statutory withdrawal or refund rights you have under the law of your country.

How to request a refund

Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, and submit a refund request. You can also reply to your Paddle receipt email.

Free trials and cancellation

If you cancel before your free trial ends, you will not be charged. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already made. See Manage Subscription.
