1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of Bible Chat (the “Service”), operated by Tagsy AI, an individual-run business based in Cyprus (“we”, “us”). By messaging the Service or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms. Contact: support@tagsy.ai.

2. What the Service is

Bible Chat is an AI-powered software companion for exploring the Bible and Christian faith, delivered through Instagram Direct Messages. It is digital subscription software. It is not human counselling, pastoral care, a church, or a religious institution, and it does not accept donations.

3. AI-generated content

Bible Chat uses artificial intelligence and may make mistakes. It is designed for educational and spiritual reflection, not as a substitute for qualified pastoral, medical, mental health, legal or other professional advice.

Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or reflect one interpretation among many. You are responsible for how you use them. If you are in crisis or danger, contact local emergency services.

4. Eligibility and acceptable use

• You must be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires) and meet Instagram's own requirements.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harassing, hateful or abusive purposes, or to generate content that harms others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service.
• We may suspend access for breaches of these Terms.

5. Plans, free trial and automatic renewal

A free plan offers 10 messages a week. Premium plans are Weekly ($9.99/week), Monthly ($19.99/month) and Annual ($89/year), each with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. A payment method is required to start a trial.

Your 3-day free trial begins when you subscribe. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription automatically renews at $9.99 per week, $19.99 per month, or $89 per year, depending on your plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. We will give advance notice of price changes, which apply from your next renewal.

6. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Instagram and third parties

The Service runs on Instagram, a third-party platform owned by Meta Platforms, Inc. Bible Chat is not owned, endorsed, sponsored or operated by Instagram, Meta, or any church. Your use of Instagram is governed by Instagram's own terms.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be affected by maintenance, Instagram outages, policy changes or third-party providers.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and branding belong to Tagsy AI. You keep the rights to what you write. You grant us a licence to process your messages solely to provide the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on AI responses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
